A Korean street snack baked with whole egg on soft bread batter. Buttery bread aroma and savory egg flavor pair naturally.

Instructions

    Mix pancake mix, milk, 1 egg, sugar, and melted butter to make batter.

    Preheat oven to 180C (356F).

  3. 3

    Fill muffin molds about 2/3 full with batter.

  4. 4

    Crack one egg on top of each mold.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle diced ham and parsley on top.

  6. 6

    Bake at 180C for 15-18 minutes until golden.

Tips

You can also use an air fryer at 170C for 12-15 minutes.
Bake until the top is golden to ensure the egg is fully cooked.
Adding cheese on top is also delicious.
