Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180°C and grease muffin molds with butter.

    Sift and combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

    Mix milk, sugar, and 2 eggs, then combine with dry ingredients.

    Fill molds two-thirds with batter and crack one egg into each.

Tips

Keep yolks intact for a prettier top.
Using paper liners makes unmolding much easier.
