Lasagna sheets are layered with hearty meat sauce, bechamel, and cheese, then baked until bubbling. The inside stays tender while the top turns golden and crisp.

Instructions

    Saute onion in olive oil, then add ground beef and cook until browned.

    Add tomato sauce, salt, and pepper, then simmer 15 minutes for meat sauce.

    Spread a thin sauce layer in a dish, then layer sheets, ricotta, sauce, and mozzarella.
