Instructions

    Prick the pork with a fork so marinade penetrates deeply.

    Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, 2 tbsp honey, five-spice, garlic, wine, and paprika.

    Marinate pork at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.

    Roast at 200C for 20 minutes, then flip once.

    Brush remaining honey and roast 10-15 more minutes for glaze.

    Rest 5 minutes, slice thinly, and serve with rice or noodles.

Tips

Raise to 220C at the end for deeper caramelized aroma.
