Instructions

    Cut chicken thigh into bite-size pieces and marinate with gochujang, chili flakes, soy sauce, garlic, and sugar for 15 minutes.

    Cut cabbage, sweet potato, and onion into thick slices; slice green onion diagonally.

    Heat a wide pan over medium heat and stir-fry the marinated chicken first until the surface is seared.

    Add sweet potato and onion for 3 minutes, then add cabbage and stir-fry until softened.

    If ingredients stick, add 2 tbsp water to loosen and coat everything evenly.

    Add green onion and cook for 1 more minute to finish.

Tips

Slice sweet potato about 1 cm thick so it doesn’t break apart.
Keep medium heat to prevent the sauce from burning.
