    Cut chicken thigh into bite-size pieces and pat dry.

    Mix gochujang, chili flakes, soy sauce, garlic, and sugar for the sauce.

    Marinate chicken with half the sauce for 15 minutes.

    Slice cabbage, onion, sweet potato, and green onion into thick pieces.

    Stir-fry chicken and sweet potato first in a wide pan.

Tips
