Instructions

    Activate yeast in lukewarm milk with a little sugar for 5 minutes.

    Mix flour, salt, egg, and yeast milk, then knead for 8 minutes.

    Knead in soft butter for 5 more minutes; proof 60 minutes.

    Roll dough out, spread butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then roll up.

    Cut into 8 rolls, proof 30 minutes, then bake at 180C for 20-22 minutes.

Tips
