Instructions

    Pit and halve the dried jujubes.

    Add water, jujubes, ginger, and cinnamon to a pot and boil.

    Reduce to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

    Mash the jujubes lightly for body, then strain.

    Sweeten with honey and serve warm with pine nuts.

Tips

Simmer 5 extra minutes for a thicker tea.
