Instructions

    Score each drumstick 2-3 times and pat dry with paper towels.

    Combine soy sauce, gochujang, honey, garlic, cooking wine, sesame oil, and pepper.

    Coat drumsticks thoroughly and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 200C, bake drumsticks for 20 minutes, then turn them over.

  5. 5

    Brush with remaining marinade, bake 12-15 minutes more, and finish with sesame seeds.

Tips

An internal temperature above 75C means the chicken is safely cooked.
For air fryer cooking, use 190C for about 22-25 minutes.
