Instructions

    Cut chicken thigh into bite-size pieces and pat dry.

    Combine sauce ingredients and marinate chicken for 15 minutes.

    Slice cabbage, sweet potato, onion, and green onion into thick pieces.

    Start with sweet potato and onion in a wide pan; stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Tips

Cut sweet potato at least 1 cm thick so it does not break apart.
