Instructions

    Cut chicken thigh into bite-size pieces and pat dry thoroughly.

    Mix gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, and garlic to make the sauce.

    Marinate the chicken with half of the sauce for 10 minutes.

    Heat a pan and stir-fry sweet potato, onion, and cabbage for 3 minutes first.

    Add marinated chicken and remaining sauce, then cook on medium for 8–10 minutes.

    Add green onion, cook 1 more minute, and finish when the sauce lightly thickens.

Tips

If the pan gets dry, add 2 tbsp water to prevent burning.
Slice sweet potato thin so it finishes with the chicken.
