    Boil radish in anchovy stock for 7 minutes to extract sweetness.

    Simmer on medium heat for 8 minutes, skimming foam for a cleaner broth.

    Add tofu, green onion, chili, and crown daisy; simmer 3 more minutes.

Tips

Do not overcook pollock; keep fish simmering to around the final 10 minutes.
Using only salt instead of soup soy sauce can make flavor flatter.
