Instructions

    Briefly blanch 200g fish cake to remove oil, then cut into bite-size strips.

    Heat oil in a pan and saute minced garlic until fragrant.

    Add fish cake and stir-fry on medium heat for 2 minutes.

    Add soy sauce, sugar, and corn syrup, stir-fry 3-4 minutes until well coated.

    Add sliced green onion and sesame seeds, toss once more.

Tips

Blanching removes oil so the seasoning coats better.
Add chili for a spicy version.
