Instructions

Soak short ribs in cold water for 30 minutes to draw out blood, then rinse well.

Boil ribs in water for 5 minutes, then discard the first blanching water.

Add fresh 1800 ml water, ribs, and radish, then simmer for 70 minutes.

When radish is tender, add garlic and soup soy sauce, then simmer 10 more minutes.
