Instructions

Rinse the hairtail and pat dry. Slice the radish into 1 cm thick pieces.

Lay radish on the bottom of a pot, add 300 ml water, and simmer over medium heat for 8 minutes.

Mix gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, minced garlic, and cooking wine to make the sauce.

Place hairtail and onion over the radish, spread the sauce evenly, and cover.

Braise on medium-low for 15 minutes, basting with sauce, then reduce for 5 more minutes.
