Instructions

    Trim bracken and cut into 6 cm pieces, removing tough parts.

    Heat perilla oil and stir-fry garlic and onion for 1 minute.

    Add bracken and stir-fry 2 minutes to coat with oil.

    Add soy sauce and water, then braise-stir over medium heat for 4 minutes.

    Add green onion and sesame seeds, stir-fry 1 more minute.

Tips

Bracken must be fully boiled beforehand to remove bitterness.
Add an extra 0.5 tsp perilla oil at the end for stronger aroma.
