Instructions

    Combine flour and baking powder, then add eggs, milk, and sugar to make batter.

    Portion bean paste and insert walnut pieces into each ball.

    Preheat walnut mold pan and lightly oil it.

    Fill mold halfway with batter, place filling, then cover with more batter.

    Cook until golden, flipping as needed, then cool slightly and serve.

Tips

A well-preheated mold gives clean shape.
If batter is too thick, add 1-2 tbsp milk.
