Heat oil in a pot and saute onion and green onion for 2 minutes until fragrant and sweet.

Add 700 ml water; once boiling, add both noodle blocks and dried flakes.

When noodles are nearly cooked, drain and leave about 120 ml liquid in the pot.

Add all black bean powder and half the spicy powder, then add sugar and stir rapidly over high heat.

Once the sauce thickly coats the noodles, turn off the heat and finish with sesame seeds.
