Instructions

    Cut radish thick; rinse hairtail pieces briefly in salted water.

    Mix gochujang, chili flakes, soy sauce, garlic, and water.

    Layer radish at the bottom, place hairtail on top, and add half the sauce.

    Simmer for 12 minutes over medium heat until radish is half tender.

Tips
