Instructions

    Cut sponge cake into cubes and let them dry slightly for 30 minutes.

    Melt chocolate, butter, and milk into a coating sauce.

    Roll immediately in coconut and let set.

Tips

Freeze cake cubes for 10 minutes if they are too soft.
Add 1 tablespoon milk if coating gets too thick.
