
Freshwater Fish Soup
Minmul-eotang is a traditional Korean freshwater fish soup, thickened from boiled fish stock and vegetables.
Instructions

Clean mixed freshwater fish thoroughly and remove innards.

Boil fish in water for 40 minutes until very soft.

Press through a strainer to remove bones and collect thick fish stock.

Add greens, doenjang, gochugaru, and garlic to the stock and boil.

Stir in perilla powder and simmer 5 minutes to thicken.
