Instructions

    Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast; add milk and dough butter, knead until smooth.

    Cover and proof for 1 hour.

    Cut filling butter into 8 sticks and chill.

    Divide dough into 8, roll each into a triangle, place a butter stick at the wide end and roll up.

    Sprinkle coarse salt and proof 40 minutes in a warm spot.

Tips
