Instructions

    Soak glass noodles in lukewarm water for 20 minutes.

    Marinate beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp sugar, and garlic for 10 minutes.

    Blanch spinach and squeeze dry; stir-fry carrot and onion strips.

Tips
