Stuffed Bell Peppers are baked peppers filled with seasoned meat, rice, and tomato sauce for a balanced and colorful meal.

Instructions

    Cut tops off bell peppers and remove seeds.

    Sauté onion, garlic, and ground beef in olive oil.

    Mix in half the tomato sauce and cooked rice to make the filling.

    Stuff the peppers and place them upright in a baking dish.

  5. 5

    Pour remaining sauce around them and bake at 190C for 30 minutes.

    Top with mozzarella and bake 10 more minutes until melted.

Tips

Trim a thin slice from the bottom so peppers stand stable.
Season filling a bit boldly to balance the sweet peppers.
