Instructions

    Remove mushroom stems and finely chop them.

    Sauté chopped stems and garlic in oil.

    Mix cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, and sautéed mixture.

    Fill mushroom caps with the mixture and place on a tray.

    Bake at 190C for 18–20 minutes.

Tips

Wipe mushrooms instead of rinsing to reduce moisture.
Add more breadcrumbs if filling feels too wet.
