About this dish
One chip dragged to the bottom of the dish should pick up refried beans, cream cheese, guacamole, salsa, cheddar, olives and scallions at once.

Draining the salsa for 10 minutes keeps its juice from bleeding into the layers, and spreading each layer in small dollops avoids dragging up the one underneath.

Instructions
- 1
Drain the salsa in a sieve for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the cream cheese into small pieces and beat until spreadable; thinly slice the scallions.
- 2
Mix the milk into the beans and spread evenly over the bottom of a shallow dish about 20 cm wide.
- 3
Mix the cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning until smooth.
Dollop over the beans and gently spread into a layer.
- 4
Add separate layers of guacamole and drained salsa.
Scatter the cheddar, olives and scallions evenly over the top, in that order.
- 5
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve cold, scooping down to the bottom to include all seven layers.
