Remove corn husks and silk, then cut off the kernels.
Dice zucchini and tomatoes. Drain the canned beans before measuring.

Heat olive oil in a broad skillet over medium heat.
Add corn, lima beans, zucchini, tomatoes and onion. For a smaller pan, divide both vegetables and oil between two batches.

Cook each batch for about 5 minutes, stirring, until the onion is translucent and tomatoes release juice.
Once the beans are hot through, remove from heat and add vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and basil.
